How do I prepare for the certification exam?

 

Preparing for any certification examination

is based on your learning needs. We may form study groups and study from reference books, online  practice exams, or maybe even take a review course.  Whatever you need, you will have help! 

 

             

  

 What questions are asked

on the exams?

 

 The CPAN and CAPAexaminations are organized around four

 domains of perianesthesia patient needs:

 Where and when are the exams offered?

 

Exams are offered by computer-based testing.  For Board Certification, you may schedule your exam when you are ready.  For CPAN/CAPA, the exams are able to be taken for a period of several weeks, twice a year.  For 2013 dates, click here.
